My Story

On a typical cold January morning, I turned on my shower to start my day. As I tested the temperature of the shower water with my hand, I watched gallon after gallon of clean shower water go straight down the drain. Annoyed, I wondered how I could stop this wasteful practice. It was then that I decided to create a device that would solve the age-old problem of wasting water before it warmed up.

So after several prototypes and testing, I created a basic easy-to-use shower fixture that captured this clean water and repurposed it. I was so grateful to see it work so amazing that I imagined, what if this device were installed in millions of homes, saving millions of gallons of water each day. I knew I had an obligation to introduce this invention to the world.

I named it, AwyvA

I believe today we need water conservation solutions, that make significant differences.
